I meet home buyers all the time that say they are ready, then they get out there and realize, we may need a bit more time. So when I read today’s Washington Biz Journal’s article, I thought about those buyers (and you know who you are) who were waiting for the proof from the market that now is a great time to buy. With low inventory, amazingly low interest rates of 4.3% and the price gains in our area, why wouldn’t you not take advantage of what is being offered to you and act now?
